The property of the former water mill spans an area of 5 200 m². It consists of the main building with accommodation and restaurant facilities, a building with summer accommodation, and a barn for social events.
The estate is located in Černívsko, a small village set in the beautiful and tourist-frequented South Bohemian countryside. Visitors coming from Prague or České Budějovice will reach you in about an hour via the highway.
Mill Restaurant with Café
The main building of the former mill is entered from a cobbled courtyard with a fountain. The house has two wings separated by an entrance hall with stairs leading to the upper floor.
The heart of the house is an open space with a fireplace and a magnificent original mill wheel. The room features exposed stone walls and rough plaster, highlighting the unique rustic atmosphere.
Guests seated on the terrace of the café on the first floor can also enjoy the view of the mill wheel. This area includes a winter garden with views of the garden and the pond dam.
The restaurant space can be expanded into the second wing of the building – a 70 m² room with a vaulted brick ceiling.
A fully equipped professional kitchen with food storage spaces is right next door, and there are restroom facilities in the hallway. There is nothing to prevent the restaurant from starting operations.
Guesthouse for Summer and Winter Vacations
On the first floor of the building, there are a total of 6 rooms for 18 guests, and one floor higher, you can accommodate 20 visitors. The last bedroom is hidden directly under the roof – guests climb up a ladder to reach their bed.
On the second floor, there is a corridor with seating and an outdoor terrace with a beautiful view of the countryside. Each floor has shared toilets and bathrooms.
For accommodation during warm summer nights, there is a "dovecote" for 4 guests and a caravan for another 3 romantic souls.
In the main building, there is a duplex studio with a 2+kk layout, featuring its own equipped kitchenette and bathroom with a toilet. This serves perfectly as accommodation for the owner or property manager. Behind the kitchen, there are two rooms where staff can be accommodated.
Technical Specifications
The entire property has recently undergone extensive renovations. It consists of the main building with a restaurant and accommodation area with a total floor area of approximately 590 m², the “dovecote” building with two rooms for summer accommodation renovated in 2019, a barn for events, and another barn used as storage. The accommodation capacity of the main building is 38 people in 12 rooms; in the summer season, the outdoor buildings can accommodate an additional 7 guests.
